Who Sands These Pages

The workshop that signs them

These notes are written and kept by Indústria de Móveis Lustro LTDA, CNPJ 88.887.195/0001-84, a maker of wooden furniture on Rua Antônio Sobrinho, 35, in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Letters reach us at contato@thelistenedweek.com.

The shop itself builds tables, chairs and cabinets in which wood does most of the work. These notes are a side project, kept by the same people who sweep the floor on Friday.

How the bench may pay for itself

Writing and hosting take time. Somewhere down the road a sheet here might send readers on to a shop on the American web, and when somebody purchases after following such a link, that shop could hand us a slice of the sale, with nothing added to the buyer's bill. Right now not one sheet on this bench carries a link to merchandise; should that change, the link will be labelled plainly as one.

A note on health claims

We are furniture makers, not clinicians. The habits described here are everyday ideas drawn from shop life, offered for interest.
